performed by EqDR at the following costs:
Opening a
matter: $120 administration fee
Arbitrator or mediator
time: $140 / hour, with a maximum of $900 /day

For brief consultations
and scheduling:
No charge
Expenses and
travel: Actual costs
Allocation of costs can be by
agreement of the parties. In arbitration, absent agreement of the parties,
allocation of costs is as determined by the arbitrator.
